Our After School Care Program is designed to provide children ages 4–12 years old with a safe, structured, and nurturing environment after the school day ends. We focus on supporting each child’s social, emotional, physical, and educational growth through positive interactions, age-appropriate activities, and meaningful experiences.

Our goal is to partner with families by offering dependable care where children feel welcomed, respected, and encouraged to learn, play, and grow.

Program Hours

Monday – Friday
After School Dismissal – 6:00 PM
(Hours may vary during school holidays, early release days, and special programs.)

Our daily schedule provides a healthy balance of structured activities, free choice play, and time to unwind after a busy school day.

School Transportation

For added convenience, we offer transportation from select local schools to our facility.

Children are safely transported by authorized staff following transportation safety procedures. Families must complete all required transportation permission forms before services begin.

Transportation availability may depend on school location, enrollment space, and scheduling. Please contact us to confirm whether your child’s school is currently served.

Tuition & Fees

We offer affordable after school care options for families.

Registration Fee: $85.00 per child (Due Every August)
Weekly Tuition: $100.00 Per Child 
Weekly Tuition:   $95.00 Siblings 
Weekly Tuition:   $85.00 Part-time (3 days per week) 
Early Release Pickup Fee: $12.00 per child (lunch served)
School Closing Day Fee: $20.00 per child

Tuition covers your child’s reserved enrollment space and program participation. Payments are due according to the enrollment agreement.

Inclusive Child Care Services

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and participate in a caring environment. Our program welcomes children of all abilities and strives to provide positive experiences that support each child’s individual strengths.

We offer care for children with special needs who are able to safely participate in our group child care setting, including children who:

✔ Are fully potty trained and can use restroom without assistance
✔ Can walk independently without assistance
✔ Can participate in age-appropriate activities with reasonable support

Families are required to share information about their child’s individual needs during the enrollment process so we can determine how our program can best support a safe and successful experience.

Enrollment Process

To ensure our program is the right fit for each child and family, all new enrollments include:

✔ Completion of an enrollment inquiry form
✔ Parent/guardian consultation
✔ Review of the child’s needs, routines, and abilities
✔ Required enrollment paperwork
✔ Review of program policies and expectations

Enrollment is based on available space, licensing requirements, staffing, and our ability to safely meet each child’s needs within our program setting.
