Academic & Enrichment Activities
Students are given opportunities to learn through hands-on activities and experiments. They engage in fun activities that create a desire to learn through a mix of traditional and nontraditional topics including STEM, arts and crafts, cooking sessions, and leadership and financial training.
Daily Physical Activities
Students are encouraged to be physically active daily to enhance their physical well-being. Our staff helps them identify activities they enjoy and might engage in long term. Physical activity keeps kids’ bodies and minds from becoming sluggish and unproductive.
STEM Maker Lab
Students receive weekly in-person STEM enrichment from our partner A Hand in Learning STEAM Experience in our STEM Maker Lab. Students enhance their critical thinking by learning about programming, robotics, electronics, drones, virtual and augmented reality.
ProEngineering
Mindfulness Yoga
Each pose and meditation technique enhances students' physical well-being, and fosters mental resilience as children learn to focus and cultivate mindfulness. This skill can be applied throughout their lives. Furthermore, yoga helps kids lead a healthy lifestyle, which contributes to improved focus and academic performance.
Leadership Training
Pretty Pennies, Every Penny Counts trains and molds young creatives into future leaders by teaching in subject areas of Financial Literacy, Communication 101, Table/Social Etiquette, Introduction to Acting, Dance Fitness & Health Nutrition. Activities aid in developing positive self-esteem, develop awareness of fine arts, learn to interact socially, and display a good personality.
Camps
We offer camps during the Winter, Spring and Summer. Students participate fun-filled camps, which offer a variety activities that are educational; integrating the emotional, physical, intellectual and social needs of children. Our camps are designed to enhance self-esteem, and promote individual creative expression in fun and exciting ways! Our camps consist of "3" weekly field trips and tons of exciting activities to keep children busy and happy!
